I built Novalytix because I saw too many businesses either paralysed by AI hype or making expensive mistakes trying to keep up. My focus is simple: find where AI creates real, measurable value in your business, then build it — cleanly, compliantly, and fast.
Before founding Novalytix, I worked across product, strategy, and software — which means I'm equally at home mapping a process on a whiteboard and reviewing code in a pull request. No middlemen, no hand-offs. You work directly with me.
